Therapeutic Massage for Your Soul

A natural healing art, based on the principle that there are zones and reflex areas on the feet and hands which correspond to all body parts. By applying specific pressures using thumb, finger and hand techniques to these areas, results in stress reduction and helps to normalize organ function. Reflexology encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own balance.

Reflexology During Pregnancy
You may be surprised to know that Reflexology can actually help with many common pregnancy ailments such as morning sickness, nausea, stress and anxiety, lack of sleep, fatigue, constipation, sinus congestion, puffy ankles and legs, just to name a few. Reflexology during pregnancy is more common in Europe where women receive it throughout their pregnancy and during labor. Reflexology is safe during pregnancy provided you receive it from a trained and certified Reflexologist. Please don't hesitate to ask your practitioner for appropriate credentials.
