Birth Doulas ~ Childbirth Educators ~ Postpartum Doulas
Childbirth Education is an important tool in your journey to parenthood, these classes will prepare you in what to expect during labor and birth. Birth Doulas have been proven to reduce the length of labor and need for interventions, offering continuous support during labor and Birth. What most people dont really prepare for is the weeks after birth, not immediate weeks, but the weeks after all the family has visited, calls stop coming in, people stop coming by.....and here you are, mother & baby. Having a Postpartum Doula come to your home offers that extra non-judgemental support that is sometimes needed in the 3-6weeks even 4 months after birth.

Hypnobirthing
Wellspring Hypnotherapy & EFT - Carolyn Lewis ~ Carolyn is certified as a childbirth educator through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). She has been certified to teach the Mongan method of HypnoBirthing™ but currently teaches a different blend of techniques in her classes. She offers Early Pregnancy Classes, Hypnosis for Birth Class Series & Private Sessions or Classes. She co-teaches a comprehensive childbirth class with Tamara Pless (certified through ICEA: International Childbirth Education Association) I have had previous clients who say they wouldnt have been able to have a "non-medicated birth without HypnoBirthing techniques".
